Dragons and Swords: A Review
"Dragons and Swords" is a retro-styled arcade game that immerses players in a fantastical battle for castle defense. The premise is familiar yet engaging: players must defend their stronghold, fend off fiery dragons, and rescue the princess.
As you don your virtual armor, the gameplay centers on controlling the shields and swords displayed at the bottom of the screen. By clicking on a sword, you can launch it at the formidable dragons soaring above, aiming to score points and progress through levels. Each new level introduces reincarnated dragons, becoming increasingly tough and larger with every iteration.
The challenge intensifies as dragons breathe fire and launch fireballs toward your remaining shields. It is crucial to protect these shields, as losing them all signifies game over. The game effectively balances nostalgia with engaging mechanics, keeping players on their toes.
It is worth noting that no real dragons were harmed in the making of this game.
